Due to my father’s job, I was around outstandingly delicious fish from a young age. (The Kitagawa family has been in the fish business for generations! In other words, I am the son of a fish professional.)
I obtained a dietician’s license and cooking license due to my desire to make not just delicious food but food that is also nutritionally healthy!
In order to learn about Italian cuisine and seafood, I got a lot of really good experience in specialty restaurants in the metropolitan area.
Later, I went to Italy in order to see how Italians feel and think about food.
I had many valuable experiences in Napoli and Sicily.
I have become who I am today through reconfirming what is truly important and receiving many benefits from Italy.
I am also a true fish-lover and a qualified fish specialist!
